These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Sushil Repairing Center (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole proprietorship owned by Rahul Kumar, located at Shanti Niwas, Door No. 0428, Sikandarpur, Mushahri, Muzaffarpur, Bihar – 842001. By booking a repair or using this website and making a payment, you (“customer”, “you”) agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide repair and servicing of consumer electronics and household appliances, including mobile phones, computers, laptops, printers, televisions and home appliances. Service availability depends on the device, fault and parts available.
2. Inspection and quotation
Devices are inspected before any repair. We provide an estimated price based on the fault and parts required. Repair work begins only after you approve the quote. The final amount may vary if additional faults are found during repair; any change will be informed to you before proceeding.
3. Payments
Payments can be made online through our secure payment gateway or in person at our counter. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials. An advance may be charged for parts that must be ordered.
4. Turnaround and warranty
Most common repairs are completed the same day; some repairs needing special parts may take longer. Where a warranty is offered on a specific repair or replaced part, its duration is told to you at the time of service and applies only to the specific part or work covered. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, tampering or faults unrelated to the original repair.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Back up your own data before handing over any device. We are not responsible for loss of data during repair.
- Provide accurate information about the device and the problem.
- Collect your device within 30 days of being informed it is ready.
6. Device collection
Please collect repaired devices promptly. Devices left uncollected beyond 90 days after notification may incur storage charges, and we reserve the right to recover reasonable costs as permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Muzaffarpur, Bihar.
